Walk leader: Val Comery

A walk around Walsall Arboretum

Meet 10.30 am at Walsall Bus Station, St. Pauls, WS1 1NR.

BY BUS: From Birmingham, bus 51 and 51X from Priory Queensway. (Note, the 997, 934, 935 services may also be used, but are not as direct as 51/51X).

BY TRAIN: From Birmingham New Street, the 9.45 am West Midlands Railway train arrives Walsall 10.07 am. Then four minutes’ walk to the bus station.

This is a short 3-4 mile walk around Walsall Arboretum, taking in canal and country park. Also, a short organised tour of the Woodland Garden. Walsall Arboretum is celebrating 150 years so stands a chance there might be a little bit of history!

Expressions of interest for this walk will close at 06.00 on Thursday 5 September 2024. After this, please email bhamramblersenquiries@gmail.com or contact us through our contact form at https://cobra.eventcube.io/support-hub/contact to enquire about any late availability for the walk.

==============================================================

If you later find that you are unable to join us it would be helpful if you let us know by sending an email to bhamramblersenquiries@gmail.com or let us know though our contact form at https://cobra.eventcube.io/support-hub/contact - this will be passed on to the walk leader and will prevent any delay to the start of the walk should the leader be waiting for you.
